Building Better Beginnings for Maryland’s Children: Maryland’s Prenatal-to-Three Equity Report
A quality early childhood education system must first be an equitable one. Building Better Beginnings recently released Building Better Beginnings for Maryland’s Children: Maryland’s Prenatal-to-Three Equity Report. It examines the many factors that account for prenatal to three health, education, and well-being in Maryland. This includes prenatal care, home visiting, temporary assistance, child care, substance exposure. The report also makes recommendations on what nonprofits, policymakers, and businesses can do to make Maryland a more equitable state for future generations.
